Seat types
Prices are per student per month, billed yearly. Every seat has everything in Pro; they differ in voice minutes, the part that costs most.

How voice minutes work
- Your seats' minutes form one pool for the month: a keen speaker isn't stopped while others talk less.
- A quarter of the month's minutes opens each week; unused minutes carry forward.
- Each student can talk up to 30 minutes a day (Plus) and, by your choice, 1× to 3× a seat's minutes a month.
- 20% of the pool is kept for speaking homework, so assignments always work.
- Top-up packs: 1,000 minutes for $25.00 and 5,000 minutes for $110.00, valid 12 months.

Paying
- Any size: subscribe yourself by card, yearly (or monthly under 50 students), and add seats any time.
- Prefer an invoice? We send a quote, then an invoice payable within 30 days by card or bank transfer, with your PO number.
- Seats stay on for 14 days after your term ends, so nothing stops while you renew.

Do our students need email addresses?
No. Teachers can make school logins from a list of names, with printable login cards. Older students can use their own accounts.
What happens when the voice pool runs out?
Students are told which limit they've reached and when it resets. Speaking homework keeps working until the pool is used up, and top-up minutes extend it.
Can we change the seat type?
Yes, at renewal. Tell us before your term ends.
Which languages?
Every language FluentPlex teaches. A school's seats are for the language its classes learn.
